Prices

Airport Transfers
For airport collections:
- We monitor incoming flights where flight details have been provided.
- Drivers will make reasonable efforts to adjust collection times for delayed flights.
Waiting Time
Airport pickups may include a complimentary waiting period.
Additional waiting time may be charged after the complimentary period has expired.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled before the agreed pickup time may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances.
Late cancellations or failure to attend the pickup location may result in cancellation charges.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must:
- Wear seat belts where legally required.
- Treat vehicles respectfully.
- Avoid behaviour that may endanger the driver or other passengers.
- Be responsible for any damage caused during the journey.
Luggage
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the selected vehicle is suitable for their luggage requirements.
Extra luggage should be declared when making a booking.
Lost Property
Items left in our vehicles will be kept where possible.
Collection or return arrangements may incur a charge.

While we make every effort to ensure our website remains accurate and available, we do not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions or errors.
Limitation of Liability
Luton Connect Taxis shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
